We don’t pay for return shipping and we only replace items that are damaged in shipping with valid proof of damage due to shipping. When you order your item make sure you choose shipping with insurance so we can expedite this process.
Refunds (if applicable)
We don’t offer refunds, all items are final sale unless broken during shipping. All smokeable products are final sale, if you feel like your product is defective we suggest reaching out to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with photos of the damaged box and items.
